Engr. Ralph C. Pablo Profile
Engineer Ralph C. Pablo was designated as the OIC Assistant Director of the Land Management Bureau (LMB) through DENR Special Order No. 2010-11 dated January 8, 2010 by the former DENR Secretary Eleazar P. Quinto. He replaced then Assistant Director Atty. Allan V. Barcena, who became OIC Director, Land Management Bureau (LMB) from May 2010 to June 2011.
Before his assignment to LMB, Engr. Ralph C. Pablo was Regional Technical Director of the Land Management Service, DENR Region 2, Tuguegarao City from 2003 to 2009. Engr. Ralph C. Pablo is a Civil Engineer, Geodetic Engineer, Environmental Planner and a Career Service Professional eligible. He rose from the ranks by starting as a survey man and holds various position in government namely: Engineer I, Management Audit Analyst I, Engineer II, Engineer III, Community Environment and Natural Resources Officer (CENRO), Chief Administrative Officer, Assistant Regional Executive Director (ARED) for Operation, Region 2 in 2001 and Regional Technical Director for Lands in Region 2 in 2003.
Aside from completing his engineering profession he has undergone post graduate studies. He completed his Masters Degree in Public Administration in 1997 and Doctorate degree in Public Administration in 1999. Dr. Pablo has attended numerous trainings and seminars both local and international among which are in Australia, Singapore and Malaysia regarding Resource Management, Watershed Integrated Planning and Management, Land Use Planning and Geographic Information System (GIS) and most recently, the training in Vietnam where he attended the training workshop on Transparency in Land Administration (TLA) on December 7-9, 2010.
Engr. Pablo is an active officer of the Geodetic Engineers of the Philippines (GEP) as Governor, North Luzon Area Chairman and Regional President. He is also a member of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers and a member of the Philippine Institute of Environmental Planners.
At Present, Engr. Ralph C. Pablo is the incumbent OIC, Office of the Director, Land Management Bureau.
